Marissa Wege joined Venture Properties in October 2020 as a sales agent/Realtor. She is a native of Traverse City and a longtime resident of both Leelanau and Grand Traverse Counties. Marissa is not new to real estate as she founded Northern Migration, a collection of boutique luxury rentals, in 2017. Marissa brings years of successful rental management and interior staging/decorating to Venture Properties. In 2018, Marissa published a Field Guide to Leelanau County and Traverse City, highlighting local, small businesses and activities in the region.

When Marissa isn't busy selling or managing real estate, she spends time traveling and exploring with her family. In addition to her successful career, Marissa is active on numerous boards and committees throughout Michigan.
