In 2019, she earned her Broker designation and, later that year, assumed ownership of Venture Properties, ushering in a new era of elevated branding and record-setting performance. Her team today consists of 3 generations, Kimberly, her oldest daughter, Brooke Caldwell and Kimberly’s father, Mark Hood.
